According to Balbek, in order to become a leader, "Ukraine needs to re-integrate into joint ventures with Russia."
“What kind of leadership is there, would you stand on your feet,” he concluded.
Earlier, Poroshenko said that in order to become a regional leader, Ukraine needs to “just believe” that this is possible.
