The Russian Prosecutor General's Office prepared and filed a lawsuit against Makfa JSC, as well as its affiliated companies. The claim against the company was filed in the interests of Russia, but the details of the claim are not disclosed.
According to the file data, in total, more than three dozen legal entities and more than a dozen individuals are defendants. A preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place on April 9. Earlier, Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Krasnov said that since 2023, 15 strategic enterprises have been returned to state ownership.
