It is clarified that the claim against the company was filed in the interests of Russia, but the details of the claim are not disclosed.
According to the file data, in total, more than three dozen legal entities and more than a dozen individuals are defendants. In particular, the list includes: “Smak”, “New Five-Year Plan”, “First Bread Factory”, etc.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place on April 9.
Earlier, Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Krasnov said that since 2023, 15 strategic enterprises have been returned to state ownership through the courts.
