Ministry of Emergency Situations: scammers disguised as dog handlers took photos at the site of the terrorist attack in Crocus. Earlier, the list of those killed as a result of theterrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region indicated 143 people.
The Ministry of emergency Situations emphasized that to work in a special risk zone, a confirmed rescuer status and certification of a search and rescue dog are required. The group of scammers fraudulently entered the closed emergency rescue zone to take a photo.
