Waiting for the first victory continues: In the ninth match of the 2018 World Chess Championship in London, world champion Magnus Carlsen and challenger Fabiano Caruana drew for the ninth time.

The Carlsen, who went into the match with a slight injury to his eye, gambled away an advantage by a hastily played farmer. It came to the ladies exchange and in the consequence to the agreement on the draw.
