[Explanation] In 1980, Zhang Baojin came to Yuanbao Village, Yuanbao Town, Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang Province, known as "Guangyu Village", to be the secretary.
Zhang Baojin, who insists on keeping pace with the times, leads the villagers to develop economy, grasp agriculture, and develop and innovate.
During his 42 years in office, he not only turned "Guangyu Village" into "100-million-yuan Village", but also gave Yuanbao Village a new title of "Red Beautiful Village".
The sound of machinery is roaring and the production line is streamlined. In the Jinxuelian Pen Industry Workshop of Yuanbao Village, several factory workers are performing their duties according to the process, and the responsible person strictly controls every process of the pencil.
The predecessor of Jinxuelian Pen Workshop was a small factory where Zhang Baojin and a few villagers made pencil boards for Shanghai China Lead No. 1 Factory.
In 1994, Zhang Baojin accidentally explored a way of "making money" during business exchanges with Shanghai China Lead No.1 Factory.

According to their guidance, we (part of) the pencil board (by) China Lead No. 1 Factory bought the rest, and we asked the master to make the pencil.
From a meager profit to a profit, turning waste into pencils and increasing the profit by 10%, I found the trick.
[Explanation] At the same time, Zhang Baojin, who has always insisted on pioneering and innovative spirit, has the idea of "export".
After 7 trips abroad, Zhang Baojin finally set up a factory in Russia, processing 200,000 boxes of semi-finished sanitary chopsticks annually and earning 3.2 million US dollars in foreign exchange from exports.
While developing the industry, Zhang Baojin also led the villagers to break through the bottleneck of agricultural development in the village.
In 2017, Yuanbao Village established a cooperative, with more than 170 villagers joining the cooperative. The concept of "fine agriculture" proposed by Zhang Baojin doubled the income of the villagers.

Originally, one mu of land could be sold for one thousand sixteen or seven, but now it can reach two thousand and two or three.
