"The provider from the Lugansk region received a fine of 11.5 thousand hryvnia (about $ 400 .-- RT ) for retransmission of the Russian TV channel," he wrote on Facebook.
He noted that at the moment the provider has already fixed the recorded violation.
Earlier Kostinsky said that the National Council of Ukraine temporarily restricted the retransmission of the Russian-language television channel RTVI.
