Yamanashi Prefecture announced that it has been confirmed that two men in their 50s living in the prefecture are newly infected with the new coronavirus.
A total of 453 people have been confirmed infected in the prefecture.
According to the prefecture, one of the two newly confirmed infections is a close contact of a patient confirmed to be infected in Saitama prefecture, and as a result of the test, the infection was confirmed and there were no symptoms.
The other is mild.
The prefecture is investigating the behavior history of the two people and whether there are any close contacts.
