Royal Rally of Scandinavia, which takes place in Värmland, will have a new date. This year, the European Championship will be held from 13 to 15 June. The inaugural edition of the Royal Rally took place in July this year. Not an ideal date, according to CEO Glenn Olsson. But also avoid the competition from other events and holiday trips to more easily recruit volunteers.
The calendar is now set for next season's European Rally Championship. And the Royal Rally of Scandinavia, which takes place in Värmland, will have a new date. The competition will be held from 13 to 15 June. "The weekend before Midsummer is the date we ourselves wanted as we see advantages in being ahead of the holidays," says CEO Glenn Olsson.
The inaugural edition of the Royal Rally took place in July this year. Not an ideal date, according to CEO Glenn Olsson.
"We want to have better access to accommodation and enable more companies and partners to do larger customer events. But also avoid the competition from other events and holiday trips to more easily recruit volunteers – and of course attract more visitors.
And Glenn Olsson gets what he wants. This year, the European Championship will be held from 13 to 15 June.
