Highlights: The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has limited the powers of Interpol in Russia in operational-search activities. It is noted that the unit was left with the authority to work with requests, make inquiries and identify the person. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to abolish the possibility of bringing business to administrative responsibility by police officers for violating mandatory requirements, the assessment of compliance with which is carried out by supervisory authorities. The decision was made by the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry ofInternal Affairs.
