Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government, together with the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to abolish the possibility of bringing business to administrative responsibility by police officers for violating mandatory requirements, the assessment of compliance with which is carried out by supervisory authorities.
