Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo announces her presidential candidacy

On Sunday, the mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo announced her candidacy for the 2022 presidential election. The current mayor of Paris, traveling to Rouen, explained that she was declaring herself a candidate to "offer a future to all children".
