  After years of development, cross-border e-commerce, general trade, and processing trade together constitute my country's three major trade modes and have become a new driving force for foreign trade growth. In 2023, the province's cross-border e-commerce import and export volume reached 843.3 billion yuan, an increase of 25.2%, which strongly supported the province's foreign trade market. Guangdong has been taking multiple measures to promote the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce. The "12 Measures for Stable Development of Cross-border E-commerce in Guangdong" include optimizing and improving supporting policies, supporting the development of cross-border e-commerce parks, supporting the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, In four aspects, including building a cross-border e-commerce industrial ecology, a series of specific support policies are proposed to promote the sustainable and stable development of cross-border e-commerce in our province.

  The Shenzhen Municipal Commerce Bureau shared the experience and results of Shenzhen’s cross-border e-commerce sunshine pilot project on site. Shenzhen is the first cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone in the country to propose the concept of "sunshine", the first to launch a sunshine pilot, and the first to implement a sunshine pilot project. Last year, the Shenzhen Municipal Commerce Bureau, in accordance with the overall plan of “one platform, multiple products”, built a full-mode sunshine public service platform based on the cross-border e-commerce online comprehensive service platform, and successively developed 9710 export (cross-border e-commerce) The two public service products (business-to-business export) and 9610 export (cross-border e-commerce retail direct export) have achieved full coverage of the cross-border e-commerce B2B and B2C fields. This public service platform integrates the respective advantages of pilot enterprises such as Qianhai Jiumi, Alibaba International Station, and Shengwan Hongda in financing, customer base, customs clearance, foreign exchange settlement, and taxation, and opens up data links to form a platform with complementary advantages. The service module creates a one-stop solution for "customs, foreign exchange, taxation and loans" with public attributes for cross-border e-commerce enterprises.

  Guangdong Province's "Cross-border E-commerce + Industrial Belt" series of events (Shenzhen Special) were held at the same time. Leading platforms such as SHEIN, Amazon, 1688, and Ozon released the latest industrial belt investment policies for 2024 on site. More than 200 high-quality industrial belts from 21 cities including Guangzhou and Shenzhen gathered resources and set up nearly 70 booths to display selected popular cross-border e-commerce products. E-commerce sellers conduct face-to-face negotiations.
