Dozens killed and injured as the occupation continues to bomb all areas of the Gaza Strip (French)

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said that, during the past 24 hours, the Israeli occupation forces committed 6 massacres in the Strip, claiming 62 martyrs and 91 wounded. Thus, the number of victims of the Israeli aggression since October 7 rose to 32,552 martyrs, while it reached 32,552 martyrs. The number of infected people is 74,980.

In a related context, journalist Imad Zaqout, from the vicinity of the Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza, said that the occupation forces continue to besiege the complex, bombing its surroundings with aircraft and artillery, in addition to blowing up a number of homes adjacent to it.

Zaqout added that the occupation prevents the treatment and evacuation of patients, or the entry of aid to them. Which led to the martyrdom of a number of the complex’s residents and displaced people in its courtyards and corridors.

Civil Defense spokesman in the Gaza Strip, Mahmoud Basal, told Al Jazeera that the Shifa Complex area had hundreds of martyrs due to the Israeli occupation bombing.

Israeli occupation warplanes also launched a series of raids on the City of Hope for Prisoners, northwest of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip. These raids led to the complete destruction of a number of towers. Earlier, the occupation aircraft destroyed a number of towers in the city, which includes 30 residential towers.

In a related matter, Al Jazeera’s correspondent reported that the journalist of the local Al-Quds Radio, Muhammad Abu Sakhil, was killed by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets in Al-Shifa Hospital.

This brings the number of journalists martyred to 137 journalists since the start of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.

Release

Meanwhile, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society announced that the Israeli occupation had released 7 members of its crews, who were arrested during the Israeli forces’ storming of Al-Amal Hospital in the southern Gaza Strip last month, while keeping 8 others whose fate is still unknown.

Last February, the occupation forces raided the hospital, killed a number of displaced people and medical personnel, and arrested hundreds. The occupation army re-stormed the hospital and bulldozed its surroundings.

On the other hand, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, announced that it had “mortar bombarded, along with the Mujahideen Brigades, gatherings of enemy soldiers and vehicles in the vicinity of the Al-Shifa Complex, west of Gaza City.”

In this context, the Israeli occupation army announced that 8 soldiers were injured in the battles in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.

According to official occupation data, the number of wounded officers and soldiers rose to more than 3,130, including 490 who were seriously injured, 831 who were moderately injured, and 1,809 who suffered minor injuries.

Data indicated that 1,509 officers and soldiers were injured during ground battles in the Gaza Strip, including 312 seriously injured, 502 moderately injured, and 695 lightly injured.

Of the total wounded soldiers, 288 are still receiving treatment in Israeli hospitals, including 25 in serious condition, 201 in moderate condition, and 62 in minor condition, according to the occupation army.

The Israeli army previously announced that 596 soldiers and officers were killed since the beginning of the war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, including 252 in ground battles that began on the 27th of the same month.

At the same time, the American Wall Street Journal quoted Israeli and American military and intelligence officials as saying that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's goal of achieving complete victory over the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the Gaza Strip is "far-fetched."
