80 years ago, on April 8, 1944, the Crimean strategic offensive operation of the Red Army began. The Russian Ministry of Defense launched a new multimedia section on its website, “The Victorious Breath of the Crimean Spring of ’44” The section contains unique documents covering the operation to liberate the peninsula, reports on military operations, summaries, reports, directives, maps and acts on the atrocities of the occupiers.
