New York police arrested a suspect this week after a woman reported being assaulted. The man is Skiboki Stora, 40, of Brooklyn, New York, who is suspected of beating a strange woman on the head.
Many women reported on social media that they were randomly beaten on the streets. In February, police reported a 3.6 percent increase in felony assaults compared to last year, and the number of misdemeanor assaults increased 15.7 percent over the past two years. The investigation is still ongoing.
