The Tour de Po was held in 9 districted cities in Jiangxi Province from September 8 to 19, with a total of 11 sprint points and 11 climbing points in 24 stations, and 19 teams, all composed of professional, continental and national teams.

This year's event set up individual awards and team points awards such as individual overall performance champion, sprint total performance champion, mountaineering total performance champion, best young athlete, Greater China overall performance champion, etc., and the total prize money and appearance fee reached 100 million yuan.

This year's Tour is the first time since the inception of the event that it has joined the International Self-Union Asian Tour sequence (UCI Level 2.2) and the Paris Olympic Points Race, and the Chinese national road cycling team has teamed up to win points for the Paris Olympic Games. This also marks that through more than ten years of efforts, the Tour de Po has embarked on a new starting point, completed the transformation to the professional direction of high-level competitive events, and officially become one of the well-known professional cycling events in China and even Asia.

The total mileage of this competition is 2941,1101 kilometers, of which the race distance is 1840,2023 kilometers and the transition distance is <>,<> kilometers, which is the international road cycling ring race with the largest number of domestic races and the longest mileage in China in <>. The setting of the track strictly implements the standards of the International Self-Union Professional Championship from the technical point of view, and carries out a comprehensive and scientific design in terms of specific rules, route design, team structure and other aspects.
