The promotional tour represented an opportunity for fans to watch the original World Cup in which 32 teams will compete, starting next Sunday, and crown the winning team in the final match that will be held at Lusail Stadium on December 18, on the national day of the host country.

The cup is made of pure gold, and weighs 6,142 kilograms, with a picture of two people carrying the globe high, engraved on its surface, and its design dates back to 1974.

Qatar will host the World Cup finals starting from November 20, and the tournament will start with the opening match between the host country and Ecuador at Al Bayt Stadium in the first football World Cup to be held in the Middle East and the Arab world.
