It was a good first time! On the second day of MotoGP practice in Valencia, Spain, Johann Zarco fell, but without much damage. The Frenchman, who debuted with KTM since yesterday, held a sixteenth place so far.

While it's true that in tests, we always tend to test things, Johann Zarco did not expect to experience a fall with his KTM as fast. This Wednesday, the new factory driver of the KTM team fell with his bike, having lost the front of the latter. A fall without much impact, it seems, for the bike and the driver, but which shows that there is still work to be done on the Austrian machine.

Evidence of his seriousness in wanting to develop the bike, Johann Zarco was the first on the track this Wednesday morning, just as he had done yesterday.

Yesterday already, the French pilot had made a small fright by catching on the wire his KTM, from the first laps. A maneuver that MotoGP has not hesitated to qualify as "Marquez", in reference to the Spanish world champion, often at the limit with his motorcycles. At midday, it was also the Spaniard and his Honda that led to the classification, when Zarco was in sixteenth place.

Note that Johann Zarco is not the only one to have been trapped. Andrea Iannone, on his new Aprilia, also went to fault.

If Zarco was rather enthusiastic, to the discovery of his new team, he nevertheless confessed to have pretty much sided with the settings to find his ease on the bike. Tuesday's rain on the Valencia track (Spain) then slowed down its running program.
