The soap Papy Djilobodji will finally be able to close. In a statement, Sunderland announced it had reached an agreement with the central defender to terminate his contract. The latter was to end in June 2020.

Papy Djilobodji is no longer a Sunderland player. After launching a dismissal in September, the English club announced Wednesday, November 7 to have reached an agreement to terminate the contract of the central defender. Initially, the Senegalese was linked with the Black Cats until June 2020.
