Stade Rennais was fined € 30,000 by the LFP for smoke-free use during the derby against FC Nantes on November 11th, during the thirteenth day of Ligue 1.

Yesterday, the Disciplinary Committee of the Professional Football League (LFP) met to issue sanctions on the excesses that occurred during the last days of the championship, in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. After the fine issued at Nimes Olympique, the Stade Rennais has also been penalized.

Following the excesses in the West derby against FC Nantes on November 11, the LFP decided to impose a fine of 30,000 euros at the Stade Rennais for "use of pyrotechnic devices and throwing objects."
