In the grip of very serious financial worries, Brissac Anjou Basket decided to file for bankruptcy. He will not finish the season in National 1. The derby in Angers scheduled tomorrow is no longer relevant.

Financially, the Brissac Anjou Basket has been in serious trouble since the beginning of the season. The contracts of three of his summer recruits (Glenn Duro, Rafael Huertas and Michel Nsimba) had not been approved by the FFBB.

As the situation became more and more difficult to recover, the club's leaders decided to file for bankruptcy. The Bab will not continue his season in N1.

The goal now is to save the association Brissac Aubance Basket which manages all the other teams of the club. The club's lawyer is currently in the administrative court.
