"According to UN Security Council resolutions... The Taliban movement is not included in the list of organizations recognized by the UN Security Council as terrorist," the representative of the diplomatic department said.

Smadiyarov noted that Kazakhstan will strictly adhere to the decisions and resolutions adopted by the UN Security Council and the UN General Assembly.
