"The decision on another 'package' of unilateral restrictive measures against Russia, which, like all the previous ones, will cause greater harm to the European Union itself," the statement said.
Earlier, the Politico newspaper wrote that the leaders of the countries of the Eurasian Union agreed on the 12th package of sanctions against Russia, while Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer, who opposed the introduction of such restrictions, left the meeting room.
