On the 60th day of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, the Palestinian resistance inflicted heavy losses on the occupation army, while the intensive Israeli bombardment continued on various areas of the Strip, bringing the number of martyrs to more than 16,<>, in conjunction with the announcement of the Lebanese army that the first death in its ranks since the beginning of the Israeli aggression was killed.

The occupation army faces the fiercest day

The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said its members targeted 18 Israeli soldiers in the eastern Khan Yunis axis, with 24 vehicles destroyed.

Israel acknowledged the death of 7 of its troops on Tuesday, bringing the death toll of the army since October 406 to <> members.

The commander of the IDF's Southern Command, Gen. Yaron Winkelman, said Israeli forces had fought their fiercest day of battle since the ground operation began in Gaza.


Dozens of martyrs in Gaza

Arrests in the West Bank

First Lebanese Army Killed

The Lebanese army announced the death of a soldier and the injury of 3 others in Israeli shelling targeting an army military center in the border area of Al-Adaisseh.

This is the first death in the ranks of the Lebanese army as a result of sporadic Israeli shelling of the south of the country since October 8, according to Anadolu Agency.

For its part, the Lebanese Hezbollah announced that its fighters targeted positions of the Israeli occupation forces, causing casualties in their ranks.

On the other hand, the Lebanese news agency reported that Israel targeted on Tuesday evening, a poultry farm near the southern town of Arnon, killing a Syrian worker and wounding 2 members of his family.

Hamas's unique tunnels

In his press conference Tuesday, Israeli government spokesman Elon Levy considered Hamas's hideouts unique.

For its part, the Financial Times quoted an Israeli official as saying that Hamas' tunnels are larger than the London train network, and explained that what Hamas has created under the Gaza Strip is best described as "underground cities."

Netanyahu admits to paying a heavy price in the war, warns of division within his team

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has acknowledged that the war on the Gaza Strip requires paying a heavy price. During a news conference for the war council, Netanyahu said the only way to end it was to deal a crushing blow to Hamas, and called on the world to stand with Israel to achieve that goal, but warned against any division in his team.

Gantz: We continue the ground operation in Gaza and there is a high price for war

Israeli Minister in the emergency cabinet Benny Gantz repeated what Netanyahu said, acknowledging that there is a high price in this war, noting that Israel continues the ground war in Gaza and determines its future.

Biden: All hostages held by Hamas must be returned

US President Joe Biden has said all Israeli "hostages" held by Hamas must be returned to their families immediately.

He added that Hamas's refusal to release the remaining detainees was what led to the violation of the agreement and the termination of the truce.

The US president accused Hamas fighters of causing the greatest pain and suffering to women and girls, and we should condemn the sexual violence they commit.

Netanyahu faces the wrath of the families of the detainees

Israeli Army Radio reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the families of Israeli detainees in the Gaza Strip that there was now no possibility of taking back all the detainees.

An Israeli report said anger prevailed among the families of Israeli detainees in Gaza when they met members of Netanyahu's war council on Tuesday evening.

Israel moves in the Red Sea

Israeli media said Tel Aviv had turned to countries including Britain and Japan to form a special operations force to operate in the Red Sea. She added that the Israeli request came after the Houthi attack against three commercial ships and a US destroyer.

The sources pointed out that the special force that Israel seeks to form will work within the framework of a multinational coalition in Bab al-Mandab.

Spies from inside Israel

Britain's Guardian newspaper quoted the Israeli military as saying that Hamas had planned the October 7 attack for years, drawing detailed maps with the help of spies inside Israel.

An Israeli intelligence source told the newspaper that the map could only be compiled with inside information that was likely from a "Hamas spy."

The Guardian added that the militants carried guides on how to take "hostages" and interpreted sentences from Arabic to Hebrew, noting that among the documents found with Hamas fighters was a comprehensive map of an Israeli military base.

Gulf condemnation

At the end of their summit in Doha, the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council condemned the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and demanded an immediate ceasefire and Israeli military operations.

In the final statement of the summit, the leaders stressed the need to provide access for all humanitarian and relief assistance and basic needs, resume the work of electricity and water lines, allow the entry of fuel, food and medicine to the people of Gaza, and call on international organizations to participate in this process.

The statement also called for an end to the illegal Israeli blockade on Gaza, and praised "the success of the efforts of the State of Qatar, in partnership with the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United States, in reaching a humanitarian truce agreement to alleviate the tragic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, release prisoners and detainees from both sides, and allow the entry of a larger number of humanitarian convoys and relief aid."
