It was at 11.20 on Monday that the police were called to the scene. According to Nordea's press officer, it should not be a robbery, but the bank branch in Säffle was closed for the rest of the day and will also do so on Tuesday.
The police do not want to release any information about what happened.
"We are taking investigative measures," says Andres Dahlman, spokesperson for the Bergslagen police region.
Nordea also declined to comment further on the incident:
"This is a police matter, and we are following the investigation phase and taking care of our employees," Henriksson says.
