Veronika received her notice on Monday and went to pick up the recipient on Saturday, but by then it was no longer at the delivery point and had been returned. She is now critical of how the distribution has been carried out.

Anders Porelius, press officer at PostNord, says to SVT Halland that their system shows that Veronica's parcel notification should have been sent on time.

"As far as I can see, the notice should have arrived to her 14 days before the package was returned," he says.

What could have been the reason why she didn't get the bill until five days before?

"It's impossible to speculate. We can only see that the bill should have been sent at the right time.

Anyone who has failed to pick up their warning recipient can place an order on January 15 through the County Administrative Board's website.
