Two people have died and two others have been injured this Sunday in a traffic accident that has taken place on the N-340 road in the municipality of Algeciras (Cádiz).
The incident occurred at around 20:00 p.m., when the first warning calls arrived, according to sources from the 112 Andalusia emergency service.
They warned of a head-on collision between two cars during overtaking, at kilometre 98.5 of the aforementioned road.
From 112, members of the Civil Guard, the Public Health Emergency Company and the Consortium of Firefighters of the Province of Cadiz have been notified, since the alerters indicated that there were people trapped in the vehicles involved in the accident.
Finally, sources from the Firefighters Consortium have confirmed the death of two people as a result of this accident.
Two other people have been injured, without the severity of their condition having been disclosed, in this same incident and have been taken to hospital.
