Part 4 - Fabrice Mignot's Culinary Walk – The Balzacian Pie

Ingredients for 4 people:

Shortcrust pastry: 250 g

Sainte-Maure de Touraine PDO cheese: 200 g

Roasted dried fruit (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios): 150 g

Citrus marmalade: 100 g

Butter: 50 g

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan. Spread the citrus marmalade over the dough. Place the slices of Sainte-Maure de Touraine on top of the marmalade. Sprinkle the roasted dried fruit over the cheese. Melt the butter and pour it over the dried fruit. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool before serving.

Part 5 - Electric Scooter Ride in the French Ardennes
