The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip has warned the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) against establishing camps for displaced residents of the Gaza Strip, or submitting to the orders of the Israeli occupation, which seeks to displace Palestinians.

The spokesman for the Government Media Office in Gaza – in a conference held at Al-Shifa Hospital – that they were surprised during the past hours by the establishment of a large camp in the Khan Yunis area supervised by UNRWA, which reminds – according to the spokesman – of refugee camps in 1948.

"The role of the Agency is not to set up tents for those who are killed and slaughtered and for those who are displaced inside the Gaza Strip in preparation for their displacement outside the Strip," he said, but rather to assume its responsibilities as part of the United Nations system in protecting these displaced persons, in addition to providing all the necessities of steadfastness and living to stay in their homes or in areas close to them, not in compliance with the occupation order of displacement and displacement.

The Palestinian spokesman also called on UNRWA to return to its services and take over its tasks in the northern Gaza and Gaza areas in order to prove that it is looking to take care of the interests of the Palestinians.

The official of the Ministry of Health warned that the occupation targets everyone, and called - those who were displaced towards the south of Wadi Gaza in search of safety - the need to quickly return to their areas of residence and stay on this land and contribute to the defense of the Palestinian people.

On the other hand, the representative of the Ministry of Health confirmed that the Gaza Strip has not received a pill of medicine or a drink of water from any side, and that "no communication has been made so far and the Rafah crossing has not been opened," and called for the start of the imposition of safe passage to get the wounded and injured and to bring in all forms of necessary aid and relief necessary for the residents of the Gaza Strip.

He called for providing the people of Gaza with medical supplies, medicines, fuel, electricity, food and supplies, and everything related to the necessities of life that the occupation has prevented from the Gaza Strip since the war it is waging against it.

The spokesman stressed that the health system in Gaza is in real collapse due to the large number of injured people who are injured every moment, and the lack of capabilities related to the necessary medical care.
