Protest demonstrations condemning the Israeli aggression on Gaza and the massacre of the Baptist Hospital, which left hundreds of martyrs, continued today in several Arab and Islamic countries and in Western cities.

Tunisia

Renewed protests Thursday in front of the French embassy in Tunis, where participants demanded the departure of the ambassador and accused Paris of participating in the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip.

Hundreds of young people gathered in front of the French embassy on Habib Bourguiba Avenue, chanting slogans calling for the ambassador's departure, and France is considered involved in the attacks on Gaza.

Among the chants are "Expel the ambassador is a duty", "Francis and the Americans are partners in aggression", "The people want the ambassador expelled", and "The streets and the anger... No pulpits, no speeches."

Algeria

Thousands of Algerians participated Thursday in mass demonstrations in various governorates of the country, in solidarity with the Palestinian people, in response to a call launched by political parties and civil society organizations, under the title "Call for the support of Palestine".

A mass demonstration was launched in the capital, Algiers, from May First Square to Martyrs' Square, during which demonstrators carried the flags of Palestine, and chanted slogans "Palestine martyrs", "With soul and blood we redeem you, O Al-Aqsa", and "With soul and blood we redeem you, Gaza".

Mass rallies also took place in the eastern cities of Constantine, Jijel and Skikda, as well as Batna, where former Algerian President Liamine Zeroual took part in the march, according to images broadcast on state television.

Jordan

Hundreds of Jordanians took part in a solidarity rally in front of the Israeli embassy in Amman on Thursday evening with Gaza residents and in support of the Palestinian resistance, videos on social media showed.

Dozens of residents of Jordan's Mafraq province also participated Thursday evening in a stand in solidarity with the residents of Gaza and in support of the resistance. Jordanian demonstrators rallied in several other Jordanian areas and cities in support of Gaza and to condemn Israeli aggression.

Morocco

Dozens of Moroccans on Thursday took part in a solidarity rally with the Gaza Strip in front of the United Nations building in Rabat, condemning the Israeli attack on the Baptist Hospital that killed and wounded hundreds.

During the rally, called by the Moroccan Front in Support of Palestine (NGO), the protesters expressed their rejection of Israel's plans to deport Palestinians from Gaza.

Participants held banners in support of the Palestinian cause, condemning the targeting of civilians and the Israeli attack on the Baptist Hospital.

Mauritania

Journalists demonstrated outside the UN headquarters in the capital Nouakchott to condemn Israeli bombardment of Gaza.

The demonstrators demanded an end to what they called the "war of extermination" and "war crimes" committed in Gaza. They also raised slogans calling for the protection of Palestinian journalists and for their killers to be held accountable.

Kuwait

Students organized solidarity vigils in support of Palestinians and to denounce the crimes of the Israeli occupation on the Gaza Strip. Participants chanted slogans denouncing what they described as the silence of the international community, especially after the massacre of the Baptist Hospital.

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Education has issued a circular to all schools to organize solidarity vigils with the Palestinians.

Egypt

Dozens of male and female students demonstrated at Ain Shams University in Cairo, in support of Gaza and condemning the Israeli aggression. The demonstrators chanted slogans calling for action to stop the Israeli aggression on Gaza, and condemning the practice of the Israeli occupation and its targeting of civilians and children in the Gaza Strip.

France

Thousands took part in a pro-Palestinian rally in Paris on Thursday after authorities lifted the ban.

A Parisian court has suspended the ban on the demonstration scheduled for central Paris' La Repubblique Square.

Thousands gathered for the demonstration, which saw clashes with police who used pepper spray to disperse the crowds, AFP reported.

Germany

More than 60 policemen were injured during a new pro-Palestinian demonstration in Berlin that witnessed, according to the authorities, "acts of rebellion."

Police said "65 policemen were injured," while "174 people were arrested, 65 of whom are under criminal investigation" at the demonstration in the popular Neukölln neighborhood, which has a large Arab community.

After police asked participants to disperse, they "put garbage containers and obstacles on the road," and "threw stones and firecrackers at officers," authorities said, and officers responded with water cannons.

United States

Dozens of American Jews participated in a demonstration in front of the home of US Vice President Kamala Harris in Los Angeles, to demand a ceasefire between Israelis and Palestinians and to stop supporting the war and massacres taking place in Palestine, as they put it.

Dozens of American activists and members of the Arab and Muslim community also participated in a demonstration in front of the Philadelphia City Council on Thursday, raising Palestinian flags and chanting slogans demanding a ceasefire and the liberation of Palestine and calling on council members to refuse to condemn the resistance and support efforts to stop the war.

Hundreds of demonstrators gathered Thursday evening outside Belfast City Council in Ireland, waving Palestinian flags and chanting slogans demanding the expulsion of the Israeli ambassador.

Dozens of demonstrators and members of the Arab and Islamic communities participated in demonstrations condemning the Israeli aggression against the Palestinians, in the cities of Adonsi, Colin and Helsinor, raising flags and chanting slogans rejecting the massacres committed by the occupation army.

Sweden

Dozens of Swedish activists and members of the Arab and Muslim communities gathered in the Swedish city of Malmö on Thursday, in support of Palestine and rejection of Israeli aggression.

Norway

Demonstrators took part Thursday evening in the Norwegian city of Steblast in a rally to denounce the Israeli aggression on Gaza and support the Palestinian resistance.

Netherlands

Demonstrators gathered in the Dutch city of Utrecht on Thursday evening in support of Palestine and condemnation of Israeli aggression.

Austria

Dozens of people staged a rally in the Austrian city of Vienna on Thursday evening, raising Palestinian flags and condemning the Israeli aggression on Gaza.
