A total of 83 people, including Japan and South Koreans staying in Israel, left Israel in the early morning of the 20th, Japan time, by Self-Defense Force aircraft. It is expected to arrive in Japan on the 21st.

In response to the situation in Israel and Palestine, the government conducted a survey of Japan people in Israel to see if they wished to leave the country by Self-Defense Forces aircraft, and confirmed whether there were any people who wished to board other countries.

According to the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a total of 60 people, including 4 Japan and 18 foreign family members who wished to leave Japan, as well as 1 South Koreans and one foreign family member, departed from Israel on the Air Self-Defense Force's KC83 aerial refueling and transport aircraft in the early morning of the 20th, Japan time, and arrived in Jordan, a neighboring country of transit.

The transport plane is expected to arrive at Haneda Airport in the early morning of the 767st, Japan hour.

This is the seventh time that Japanese nationals and others living in Japan have been transported by Self-Defense Forces aircraft since the armed conflict occurred in Sudan in Africa, where an armed conflict occurred in April.

The Ministry of Defense has also dispatched two C21 transport aircraft to Jordan and Djibouti in Africa to prepare for future transportation of Japan and others.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, there are about 4 Japan people in Israel and Palestine as of March 7, 2 on South Korean military transport planes and 2 on Japan government chartered planes.
