As noted in the department, at about 22:00, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack on facilities on the territory of Russia was thwarted.
"Air defense systems on duty destroyed two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over the territory of the Bryansk and Belgorod regions," the statement said.
Earlier, electronic warfare systems suppressed a drone of Ukrainian troops on the outskirts of the city of Bryansk.
Later, in the Yakovlevsky urban district of the Belgorod region, Russian air defense systems shot down an aircraft-type drone.
