"Starting tomorrow, the U.S. government will organize charter flights from Israel to Europe," Kirby said.
He added that U.S. President Joe Biden has instructed the administration to provide assistance to Americans who want to leave Israel.
According to Kirby, Washington is considering not only air evacuations, but also land and sea evacuations.
