According to Tomak, Austria has recently doubled gas trade with Russia, while the European Union is trying to completely abandon Russian gas supplies.
The Romanian politician also called for sanctions against Vienna.
In December last year, the Romanian Foreign Ministry protested to the Austrian ambassador to the country, Adelheide Foley, due to the fact that Austria opposed Romania's accession to the Schengen area.
