"I would like to see a German rocket next to Storm Shadow and Scalp," he said.
It is also noted that at the moment there is already a discussion on the supply of Taurus with the German government.
"What decision will be made by the German government - I hope it will be in favor of Ukraine," he concluded.
Earlier, Andreas Schwarz, a member of the Bundestag from the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), called on the German leadership to supply Ukraine with long-range Taurus cruise missiles.
Also, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that the supply of Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine is not currently a top priority for Berlin.
