"Up to 335 Ukrainian servicemen were destroyed": the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced the repulsion of 30 attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine per day in the Donetsk direction

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the Russian military continues to resist attempts by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to advance in a number of areas of the NMD. According to the official representative of the department, Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov, in the Donetsk direction, thanks to the competent actions of the units of the South group of forces, as well as air and artillery strikes, 30 enemy attacks were successfully repelled per day in the areas of the settlements of Zolotaryovka (LPR), Spirnoye, Kleshcheevka, Andreevka, Sol, Severnoye, Vesyoloe, Vodiane, Pervomaiskoye, Krasnogorovka and Petrovskoye (DPR).

Along with this, concentrations of enemy manpower and equipment were hit in two areas west of Andreevka and Kleshcheevka (DPR).

"During the fighting, up to 335 Ukrainian servicemen, one tank, two armored combat vehicles, four vehicles, a Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mount, as well as a British-made FH70 towed howitzer were destroyed," Konashenkov said.

In the Yuzhno-Donetsk direction, thanks to the well-coordinated work of the units of the Vostok group of forces, air and artillery strikes, an attack by formations of the 35th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the direction of the settlement of Staromayorskoye (DPR) was repelled, and reconnaissance of the enemy in the area of Vuhledar (DPR) was suppressed.

In addition, in the areas of the settlements of Storozhevoe, Makarovka (DPR) and Priyutnoye (Zaporozhye region), manpower and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit. Along with this, in the area of the settlement of Sladkoye (DPR), the activities of the Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group were suppressed.

According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in the Zaporizhzhia direction, two enemy attacks were repelled in the area of the settlement of Rabotino. Army air strikes and artillery fire hit the enemy's manpower in the areas of the settlements of Marfopol, Rabotino and Lugovskoye (Zaporozhye region).

The enemy lost over 240 servicemen, nine infantry fighting vehicles, two armored personnel carriers, six armored combat vehicles, two cars, Gvozdika self-propelled guns, Msta-B and D-30 howitzers in these areas during the day.

Also, in the area of Malaya Tokmachka (Zaporizhzhia region), an ammunition depot of the 33rd mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed.

In the Krasnoliman direction, due to the work of units of the Center group of troops, as well as airstrikes, artillery and heavy flamethrower systems, two enemy attacks were repelled by forces up to a motorized infantry platoon, each of the 63rd and 66th mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Torskoye (DPR) and Karmazinovka (LPR). The activities of the Ukrainian DRG were suppressed in the area of the settlement of Terny (DPR).

In addition, enemy manpower was hit in the areas of the settlements of Nevskoye, Chervonaya Dibrova and Kuzmino (LPR).

During the day, over 60 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, two infantry fighting vehicles, as well as the Acacia self-propelled howitzer were destroyed in this sector.

On the Kupyansk front, units of the Western Group of Forces, aviation and artillery repelled three enemy attacks near the settlement of Novoselovskoye (LPR). In the areas of the settlements of Molchanovo, Novomlynsk, Ivanovka (Kharkiv region) and Artyomovsk (LPR), manpower and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit. During the day, up to 40 Ukrainian soldiers, two tanks, an infantry fighting vehicle and two vehicles were destroyed.

In the Kherson direction, assault groups of Russian troops continued reconnaissance and search activities on the islands in the area of the Antonivskyi bridge. During the day, up to 40 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, two vehicles and two US-made M777 artillery systems were destroyed.

The work of aviation, missile forces and artillery

Aviation, missile forces and artillery of groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during the day hit 74 artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in firing positions, manpower and military equipment of the enemy in 107 districts.

According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in the area of the settlement of Vovchansk (Kharkiv region), an ammunition depot of the 1st Special Forces Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed. In addition, fuel depots for Ukrainian military equipment were destroyed in the areas of Malodolinskoye and Chornomorsk (Odessa region).

In the area of the settlement of Yampil (DPR), the command and observation post of the battalion of the 5th brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine was hit.

Fighter aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces shot down a Mi-24 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force in the air near the settlement of Cherevkovka (DPR).

In turn, air defense systems intercepted four Storm Shadow cruise missiles and destroyed 15 Ukrainian drones during the day.
