The Jenin Brigade, affiliated with the Jerusalem Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), broadcast video footage of the bombing of an Israeli troop carrier during the storming of the Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank on Monday.

The video, which was broadcast by the Jenin Brigade on its Telegram channel on Tuesday, shows the moment an explosive device exploded in an Israeli military vehicle during the 12-hour raid.

For its part, the occupation army announced – on Monday afternoon – the injury of 7 of its soldiers (4 moderately wounded and 3 described as lightly wounded) during the clashes in Jenin. It was also announced that an Apache helicopter belonging to him was hit by Palestinian gunfire and that 7 military vehicles were damaged as a result of the detonation of explosive devices in the city.

Army Radio said the army had acknowledged the need for additional "plating" operations for military vehicles.

In another video broadcast by the "Jenin" battalion, the Palestinian resistance warned against the continued incursion of the occupation army into Palestinian cities, claiming responsibility for the detonation of "high explosive" devices for the first time in the occupation forces directly.

The number of Palestinian martyrs as a result of the Israeli incursion into the city of Jenin and its camp rose to 6, after a Palestinian died of his injuries, according to what the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced today.

For more than a year, the Israeli occupation army has continued to carry out operations in the West Bank, concentrated in the cities of Nablus and Jenin, under the pretext of pursuing wanted persons, which led to an increase in the number of martyrs, in addition to the continued demolitions of houses and arrests.
