Spirituality and well-being

It is worth noting that the design scheme of the “Visions of the City” project is inspired by the idea of the old neighborhood centers in Madinah, as it was based on the principle of a residential assembly surrounded by buildings on all sides, with one entrance with a wide space in the middle, to reflect a sophisticated urban model that uses the system of local residential communities with international standards from Through wide yards and open corridors, surrounded by buildings and integrated with basic facilities in each residential complex to facilitate pedestrian movement to and from the Prophet’s Mosque, while providing the necessary services.

The "Visions of the City" project will provide an experience that combines luxury and spirituality, from the neighborhood of the Prophet's Mosque, where tranquility, the experience is completed with the distinctive touches of the project, based on the gradation of building heights and ground level to enhance the spirituality of the status of the Prophet's Mosque visually and architecturally, which gives hotel residents from the front of the project To the end, a direct view of the eastern courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque, in addition to the shaded areas and interactive natural cooling systems, where the design of the buildings rebounds depended on the movement of winds that allow the passage of air currents through the open spaces of the project.

It is worth noting that the Public Investment Fund in Saudi Arabia had announced in 2017, the establishment of the "Ru'a Al-Madina" company, an urban development company that aims to enhance the readiness of the Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi area to host a larger number of visitors to Madinah, whose total is expected to reach 23 million visitors annually by 2030.
