Later, it became known about the detention of the head doctor of the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution of Health "City Consultative and Diagnostic Center No. 1".
According to the investigation, for a long time, medical services were provided in the said center using an industrial chemical preparation that was not included in the state register of medicines and did not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers.
