Fallen into a swimming pool, a cow rescued with a mechanical shovel

Workers from a construction company carried out a surprising operation on Tuesday morning in the town of Publier (Haute-Savoie).

While they were carrying out work, the employees were called to the rescue by the firefighters to help a cow, stuck in a private swimming pool, relates

The animal had escaped from its enclosure and had plunged into the basin.

The operation lasted only a few minutes, the firefighters entered the pool and managed to strap the cattle.

The construction company's mechanical shovel did the rest to extract the cow from the water.

This one, safe and sound, was able to be returned to its owners and reunited with its herd.
