After the accident at TPP-1 in Ulan-Ude, a criminal case was initiated

“A criminal case has been initiated on the basis of a crime under Part 1 of Art.

217.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia ", - says the message of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Buryatia.

According to the data of the Investigative Committee, a short circuit occurred at the CHPP, followed by a fire in the power wires in the cable compartment.

This incident led to the shutdown of four heating boilers and a turbine generator.

Earlier it became known that due to the accident at the TPP-1 in Ulan-Ude, an emergency mode of the republican level was introduced.
