The Supreme Court ruled to consider the claim against the guardianship authorities from the relatives of one and a half year old Bogdan Shevchenko. He ended up in an orphanage after his mother was detained under the influence of alcohol. The child's relatives - father, aunt and grandmother - wanted to take the boy, but Bogdan was sent to a foster family. Now the baby's relatives are trying to get the cancellation of this decision through the court. At the same time, a check by the prosecutor's office showed that the child was transferred to a strange family in violation of the law, but only an employee of the orphanage was subject to disciplinary punishment.
