He is convicted of his denial, but three witnesses said during the trial in the Copenhagen village (district court) that the man before them acknowledged the methods he used.
"He tells me he has installed the program to see my cards," said one of the witnesses.
The crime continued during the years 2008–2014 and the police have seized the equivalent of SEK 36.6 million, which he judged to have passed through fraud.
According to the court, the actual penalty value is three years' imprisonment, but it will be six months shorter as the legal process has become so extended. The man has appealed against the verdict.
