A Chinese company forced a group of its employees to crawl in the street. According to local reports, workers from a company in Tengzhou were ordered to crawl on the ground amid a busy traffic street on Wednesday afternoon.

The passers-by watched as the workers made their way slowly through the cars on a busy main road.

According to the site "Time", all employees who participated in the crawl of women working in a company sells beauty products.

Reports indicate that the police arrived after being informed of the incident and ordered the supervisor to put an end to the punishment and to warn him verbally.

Video footage of the incident was posted on the famous Chinese Web site, which left viewers stunned. "The staff are also human beings," said one person. "They do not deserve such a dishonorable punishment, so their boss is not a reasonable person."

"It's the same for these employees as well. How do they still work in such a company?" Another said, "It seems that the company concerned ordered a halt to work and self-reflection exercises."

In the Chinese Business Law, companies are not allowed to humiliate their employees, and in the event that this occurs, the company may be forced to pay compensation to the worker.
