"Moscow is deploying increasingly advanced and diverse regional offensive missile systems capable of carrying nuclear warheads, including missiles with unprecedented characteristics of altitude, speed and range," the report states.
It is noted that since 2015, Russia has demonstrated the advanced capabilities of its cruise missiles in Syria.
