The State Duma adopted in the second reading a draft on pensions above the subsistence minimum

As noted, this reading was proposed amendment on a uniform and mandatory for all regions method of determining the subsistence minimum of pensioners.

Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin noted that the document was prepared as part of the implementation of the message of President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly.

The project establishes that the size of the monthly supplement to the subsistence minimum is not subject to revision due to the indexation of pensions and lump sum payments.

March 12, the deputies approved the bill.
