"The man who was arrested after the incident in Holland Park on Saturday morning April 13, was punished in accordance with the Mental Health Act," police said.
Earlier, there was a shooting at the Ukrainian Embassy in London. Later in the diplomatic mission they said that an unknown person deliberately crashed a car into the ambassador’s car, after which the police started shooting at her.
The authorities do not associate the incident with terrorism.
