The case was initiated under part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Russia “Causing death through negligence due to improper performance of a person’s professional duties”.
"In a two-story building in the village of Lovozero Murmansk, one person was killed and two injured were hospitalized in a gas-gas mixture in a gas cylinder in a two-story administrative building," the report said on the website of the regional SU SK.
Earlier it was reported that due to the state of emergency a part of the wall collapsed and the floor of the building covered an area of 25 sq. m
