In the updated version of the FAHR application launched earlier this year, the TRA added the application access feature through user fingerprints and fingerprints, as well as added enhancements to alerts that have been classified into alerts requiring action by the person and others for information only.

The application includes several services between a president and a branch that benefit federal government employees, assist them in completing their own HR procedures, and enable state training providers to join the "knowledge" initiative of preferred federal government training partners, And private sector institutions join the program of deductions for government employees «privileges».

She pointed out that the application provides a package of services to all the clients of the Authority and the external public, including: Availability of vacancies in the federal government, and facilitate the search for them, and see the jobs that have been submitted, and seek legal advice, and submit objections, and to see the most common questions, On the policies, legislation and laws of human resources in the federal government, and request technical support service; to assist ministries and federal agencies in the implementation of various human resources procedures.

"The application allows federal government employees and officials to enroll in training courses and courses through the online training and development system, provide two indicators for the employee and the direct officer, and the balance of leave, as well as an alert specifying the number of days of the employee's annual leave, To migrate according to the law of human resources in the federal government, and to request leave and follow the adoption, and the service of requesting official letters as a letter to those interested.

She pointed out that the updated version of the application enables employees of ministries and federal agencies to access the monthly salary data, and the issuance of salary certificate, and update the personal data of the employee, the service of legal advice, and apply to the Federal Appeals Committee.
